We handle all return requests on a case-by-case basis. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, submit a return request to hello@jessicaandjack.com and our Customer Service team will be happy to help.

All items must be returned to us in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge), or exchange the items for a different size/color, if preferred. 

All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment on the order.
